Job summary

American Community Management, Inc. in Largo, MD seeks a Community Association Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of Condominium/HOA communities, coordinate boards, budgets, and vendor relationships.

You will report to supervisors, maintain knowledge of governing documents, and ensure timely communication and issue resolution across the portfolio. CMCA/AMS certification is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Condominium/HOA portfolio manager or both.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, multitasking, and time management acumen.
• Experience in budgeting and coordinating annual budgets with boards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to ensure property is running smoothly.
• Assist boards in operation of Condominium/HOA and act as liaison with ACM.
• Prepare monthly activity and variance reports for the board.
• Review proposals, contracts, and invoices in line with budget controls.
• Report progress and recommendations to supervisors regularly.
