Responsibilities

• Onsite role at the corporate office in Newport News, VA.
• Manage administrative, maintenance, and capital projects for multiple communities.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email; manage data in the database.
• Assist homeowners with payments and architectural review forms.
• Prepare board packets, agendas, and coordinate meetings.
• Source vendors, manage RFPs, and oversee capital projects.
• Review budgets and financial reports; interpret Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Travel to assigned communities for site visits.
• Ensure HOA guidelines and regulations are upheld.
• Hire, train, and develop staff.
