American Community Management is seeking a Condominium/HOA portfolio manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the metro DC area, working closely with boards and ACM team members.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills, with occasional telecommuting supported by the firm. Prior property management experience is a bonus, and the company emphasizes professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Condominium/HOA portfolio manager.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, multitasking, and time management acumen.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local statutes and regulations.
• Experience coordinating budgets and reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Condominium/HOA communities.
• Serve as a resource for the Condo/HOA board and ensure board obligations are met.
• Report progress on issues and track action items.
• Coordinate preparation of annual budgets with the board and ACM team.
• Review and code invoices; monitor monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors with recommendations.
