Job summary

American Community Management, Inc. in Falls Church, VA is seeking an experienced condo/HOA manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, inspections, and vendor oversight.

You will serve as the liaison to contractors, assist the board with budgeting and reporting, and ensure timely responses to homeowner requests. Ideal candidates will have five years of onsite condo management experience, CAI designation preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CAI designation preferred (CMCA/AMS).
• Five years of onsite condominium management experience preferred, especially with new developments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software; strong reporting and budgeting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, residents, guests and vendors.
• Act as liaison to contractors servicing the community.
• Conduct building inspections and manage warranties and maintenance requests.
• Oversee budgets, review invoices and financial statements; code expenses to budget.
• Prepare weekly activity and variance reports for the Condominium board.
• Attend monthly board meetings and present information to members.
