You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, support compensation processes, and maintain HRIS data quality across multiple systems in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes data governance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience in people analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience building dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, hiring, and compensation.
• Analyze workforce trends and prepare insights for HR leadership.
• Support compensation processes including market pricing and merit planning.
• Maintain HR data quality and support HRIS reporting and analytics.
