Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a People Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate workforce reporting, build self-service dashboards, and ensure data governance across HRIS systems. You’ll translate workforce data into actionable insights for HR leaders and business partners, supporting organizational effectiveness.

In this role you will produce recurring and ad hoc reports, design dashboards, maintain documentation, monitor data quality, and partner with HRIS, People Analytics, and Governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, BI, or data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Workday Reporting, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce reports from HR systems and people data platforms.
• Deliver standardized people metrics and reporting packages for managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Generate reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, demographics, talent movement, and other workforce metrics.
• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within established service-level expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain self-service reporting tools and dashboards.
• Create user-friendly reporting solutions that enable leaders to independently access workforce information.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and prioritise enhancements.
• Continuously improve reporting accessibility, usability, and data visualization effectiveness.
• Maintain reporting documentation, business rules, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
• Support governance processes to ensure consistent use of people metrics across the organization.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards and best practices.
• Document report logic, calculations, and data sources to support transparency and scalability.
• Monitor reporting accuracy, consistency, and data reliability across workforce reports.
• Validate workforce metrics and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Partner with HRIS, People Analytics, and Data Governance teams to resolve data issues.
• Support audit and validation processes to improve confidence in workforce reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and business leaders to understand reporting needs.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on available reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
• Serve as a resource for workforce reporting questions and metric interpretation.
