Job summary

MFS Investment Management is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to partner with HR and business leaders, turning workforce data into strategic insights. You will craft analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready stories to influence talent decisions and outcomes across planning, recruitment, development, and culture initiatives.

You'll lead employee listening efforts, collaborate across teams, and ensure data governance while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or related analytical function.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R; strong BI tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant and thought partner to HR stakeholders and business leaders.
• Translate business questions into actionable analyses and dashboards.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and data storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Lead and support employee listening initiatives and analyze feedback themes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on talent initiatives including recruiting and workforce planning.
• Respond to analytics requests with data-driven insights and materials.
