Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a hands-on Total Rewards Analyst to turn HRIS data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, partner with the Director of Total Rewards, and influence decisions on pay, benefits, and workforce trends.

This hybrid role requires at least 2 years of experience in HR/compensation data, strong Excel and SQL skills, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or HR-related field.
• 2+ years in an HR/compensation data role with hands-on analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP) and Power Query.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tool.
• Basic-to-intermediate SQL for querying HRIS.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, compliance, and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
• Support compensation analysis and market pricing.
• Analyze workforce trends and translate into business recommendations.
• Partner with Total Rewards on benefits utilization and plan performance.
• Deliver timely analyses for leadership and People Team initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes.
