CCC Intelligent Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Manager, People Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of workforce analytics, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting or Workforce Analytics.
Experience with Workday and employee surveys, strong data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's people analytics strategy with dashboards and reports.
Partner with HR and leaders to identify data-driven solutions and workforce planning.
Ensure data governance, data quality, and governance across HR systems.
Translate data into actionable recommendations and executive storytelling.
