Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and validate data from HR systems and Azure cloud.
• Develop and optimize scalable SQL-based data pipelines for analytics.
• Design, build, maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and privacy standards.
• Lead analytics engagements with increasing independence and ownership.
