Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Manager, People Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in People Analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Experience with Workday and employee surveys.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to create dashboards and reports for executives.
• Excel and reporting tools proficiency; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Experience with org design and workforce planning (preferred).
• Master’s degree in related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's people analytics strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards for HR leaders and executives.
• Analyze workforce trends and key talent metrics (hiring, retention, engagement).
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business action.
• Establish and monitor key workforce metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify data-driven solutions.
• Support executive presentations with data storytelling.
• Provide recommendations based on analyses and industry benchmarks.
