CSL Behring is seeking a Manager of People Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven workforce strategy across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. You will transform complex data into actionable recommendations, influencing senior HR and business stakeholders while upholding data governance standards.

You will mentor junior analysts, advance analytics methods, and benchmark against external trends to inform leadership decisions in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in data analytics or related field with domain ownership.
• Degree-level qualification in data analytics, statistics, economics, or HR.
• Expert BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel with advanced SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R for workforce data analysis.
• Experience leading analytics in HR domains (Talent Acquisition/Development).

Responsibilities

• Own analytical agenda for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
• Lead end-to-end analysis of complex problems and deliver insights.
• Engage senior stakeholders to shape problems and decisions.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and narratives.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across HR systems.
• Coach and review junior analysts to raise standards.
• Identify opportunities to innovate analytics methods and processes.
• Lead benchmarking and external research to contextualize insights.
