Northern Trust in Chicago is seeking an HR Data and Analytics Senior Consultant to shape data strategy, deliver insights, and present metrics that support HR solutions. You will interact with HR Business Partners to ensure data access and create impactful reporting.

Qualifications include a degree in Data Management/Statistics/I-O Psychology, 3–6 years of experience, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Formación

• 3–6 years of directly related experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Create data strategy and deliver insights to inform HR solutions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to design reporting and analytics to solve business issues.
• Analyze data and produce visualizations (turnover, job movement, surveys).
