CSL seeks a Manager, People Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven workforce insights that inform strategy and elevate performance. You’ll bridge HR, business, and analytics to transform complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Reporting to the Director of People Analytics & Insights, you’ll own analytic domains, coach junior analysts, and drive innovative approaches across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development with GDPR-compliant, multi-country data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning analytical domains and driving insight-led decisions at a senior level.
• Degree-level qualification in data analytics, statistics, economics, organizational psychology, HR, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or depth of practice is an advantage.
• Strong working proficiency in Python or R and SQL; experience with BI tools.
