Qualifications

• At least 5 years in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and guide.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking with best-practice application.
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Be a true partner with clients, understanding business needs and building long-term trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address capabilities, features and implementation challenges.
