Job summary

CCA Global Partners, Inc. is hiring a Payment Coordinator in our St. Louis, MO office.

The role includes coordinating daily batch deposits, processing refunds, outbound payments, and solving payment issues with a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment that allows remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting and strong MS Office skills. As a member of our team, you will support reporting requirements, assist with payment files, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years accounting-related experience; Associate degree in accounting, business or related field preferred.
• Payment handling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members and carriers regarding aged claims with payments pending issuance to assure repairs are completed or proper funds are processed.
• Research payment variances to balance carrier payment to final estimate taking action needed to request additional payment needed or process necessary refund.
• Handle payment processing to include assisting with generating twice weekly outgoing payment files, generating weekly refund files with required supporting documents, and posting payments to systems.
• Assist with daily batch deposit data entry verifying accurate claim and job payments along with batch balancing.
