Job summary

CCA Global Partners, Inc. seeks a Collection Coordinator for our St. Louis, MO office to manage the collection of member and vendor accounts across the US and Canada.

You will contact accounts to resolve past due balances and disputes, while maintaining strong relationships and accuracy in our ERP system. The role requires 2–3 years of B2B collections experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years B2B collections experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Experience handling credit-related issues.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent accounts via phone and email and document activity in ERP.
• Set up and update accounts; review credit reports (D&B), and trade references to assist credit manager.
• Determine when accounts should be placed on credit hold or removed from credit hold status.
• Conduct semi-annual reviews of past due balances and coordinate with internal teams.
