CCA Global Partners, Inc. seeks a Collection Coordinator in the St. Louis area to manage a high volume of member and vendor accounts across the US and Canada.

The role emphasizes building relationships to resolve past-due balances and discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality of payment data. The position supports a hybrid work model with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays after training.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of B2B collections experience.
• Detail-oriented and excellent communicator.
• Knowledge of credit and collections techniques.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office.

Mansioni

• Collect delinquent accounts by phone and email, building relationships to secure payments.
• Set up new accounts and update existing ones; review credit reports and references to guide credit lines.
• Determine when accounts should be placed on or removed from credit holds.
• Conduct semi-annual reviews of past-due balances and coordinate with internal staff across divisions.
