Job summary

CCA Global Partners in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Process Coordinator to manage claim and job assignments for our members.

You will contact contractors and flooring stores, provide assignment information to customers, and process updates, while working a hybrid schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays. The role emphasizes accurate data handling, strong communication, and collaboration within the Strategic Partners Group.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years’ related customer service experience. Data entry or insurance claim handling experience is a plus.
• Superior organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of importance of prompt, unemotional response to customer, management and staff needs; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Learn new software systems easily; strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Work well under pressure and treat others with respect and consideration.

Responsibilities

• Process all claims/jobs received, reviewing notes and preferences before assignment.
• Make outbound calls to verify assignment information and acceptance.
• Process electronic claim updates and verify information.
• Handle and reconcile assignment records in the CTS system.
• Assist with daily department emails and essential administrative tasks.
