Job summary

CCA Global Partners is seeking a Process Coordinator for the Strategic Partners Group in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on processing claims and assignments for CCA members, contacting contractors and stores, and updating records in CTS.

A hybrid schedule allows remote work on Mondays and Fridays with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related customer service experience; data entry or claim handling experience is a plus.
• Superior organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of the importance of prompt, unemotional responses to stakeholders; confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn new software systems and operate Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process all claims/jobs received and review notes before assignment to CCA members; make outbound calls as needed.
• Process electronically received claim/job updates and verify information.
• Handle and reconcile assignment records to ensure proper recording/assignment in CTS system.
• Assist with daily department email communications and system confirmations.
• Support operational accuracy, workflow continuity, and timely service delivery through administrative tasks and reporting.
