Job summary

CCA Global Partners, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep in the St. Louis area. You will support and proactively engage with small business members, ensuring timely updates and efficient coordination of job assignments related to insurance programs.

We offer a hybrid schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu after training. Requires strong communication skills, basic software proficiency, and a 9a–6p Mon-Fri commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associates in Business Administration preferred.
• 1-2 years’ business or customer service experience; Insurance industry preferred.
• Comfort with coaching sessions on the phone with contractors.
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Basic math, PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to work 9a-6p Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members to ensure timely submission of data per program requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, stores, and insurance partners to resolve issues with estimates, timelines, classifications, and assignments.
• Provide frontline phone support to members and insurance carrier partners.
• Review performance statistics to ensure program standards and coach improvements.
• Support program timelines, guidelines, and best practices.
• Contact carriers for estimate approvals, assignments and payments, and escalate claims as needed.
