Responsibilities

• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations; document in EMR.
• Schedule appointments per division guidelines and communicate updates.
• Escalate urgent cases and coordinate with teams to meet access needs.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and communicate with multiple departments.
