Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to schedule and assist with appointments.
• Process requests via email, EPIC in-basket, or Nemours app.
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations.
• Document information in the EMR and ensure accuracy of registrations.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Monitor queues and reports to maintain timely processing.
• Provide superior customer service and professional communication.
