Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare front desk functions (registration, scheduling, and insurance verification) a plus
• NAHAM/CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and communicate clearly with patients and providers.
• Verify insurance eligibility, registrations, and billing in the EMR system.
• Inform callers when authorization is required and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Document patient account notes and stay current on scheduling changes and updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
