Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Auburndale, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Hybrid). The role begins with onsite training, then shifts to a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

You will oversee logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, and project coordination for modular buildings and rental products. Must have at least 3 years in operations and 1 year in leadership, plus strong communication, negotiation, and time-management

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year Leadership/Supervisory experience.
High energy, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Ability to lead and manage autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively as a team member.
A proven track record of hands-on success.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
Effective project and time management skills.
Experience in utilizing financial metrics to manage costs.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Rental Results, Cognos, Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, and Word is required

Responsibilities

Lead the operational efforts across logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, receiving, accounts payable, purchase orders, and project coordination.
Work closely with our sales staff and management to best support our clients and our company.
Develop strategies and tactics for identifying and implementing best practices for the branch.
Develop relationships with key customers and vendors for the company.
Manage vendor base for on-site operations and implement policies and procedures designed to provide excellent service to our customer base and enhance our vendor partnerships.
Mentor and train operations team members to be as productive as possible.
Be the Operation’s process and systems Subject Matter Expert.
Work with sales to help increase company market share in established and new market segments.
Develop strong relationships with subcontractors for transportation, installation, and service in the marketplace.
Partner with other functional areas to drive improvement in internal coordination.
