The role requires 3+ years in a professional setting, strong customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word. After onsite training, you’ll follow a hybrid schedule from the office and home.

• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Perform light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation and back-end charge process.
• Support Sales and Operations with timely information and reporting.
• Maintain timelines, run reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, customers and project teams.
