Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Florida to lead logistics, customer service, and project coordination. The role will oversee repairs and prepare modular buildings for rental, working with a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will train onsite in Auburndale, then operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two from home. A dynamic leader with strong communication and cost-management skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field.
• 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using financial metrics to manage costs.
• Ability to lead autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Rental Results, Cognos, Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts across logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, receiving, AP, PO, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with sales and management to support clients and the company.
• Develop branch best-practice strategies and tactics.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors; manage on-site vendor partnerships.
• Mentor and train operations staff; implement growth programs.
• Act as the operations process and systems SME.
• Partner with Sales, IC, and PM to improve internal coordination.
