Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking an Ops Coordinator to manage delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings. You will collaborate with sales, vendors, and customers to ensure timely execution of projects and provide support to the Sales and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a professional business setting, strong communication, and experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a professional business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Prior logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Provide timely information to sales, vendors, and customers to ensure projects run on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers in a professional manner.
• Use systems and tools to manage each project to completion following company policies.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to settle differences while maintaining relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
