McGrath is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a hybrid role in Auburndale, FL. You will oversee customer service, administrative and sales support, and scheduling for modular buildings and rental products, while supervising repairs staff and ensuring quality service.

The role demands at least 3 years in operations and 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership, communication, and cost-management skills. Training is onsite initially, with a move to hybrid work after completion.

Qualificações

A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year Leadership/Supervisory experience.
High energy, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Ability to lead and manage autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively as a team member.
A proven track record of hands-on success.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
Effective project and time management skills.
Experience in utilizing financial metrics to manage costs.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Rental Results, Cognos, Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, and Word is required

Responsabilidades

Lead the operational efforts across logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, receiving, accounts payable, purchase orders, and project coordination.
Work with sales staff and management to support clients and the company.
Develop strategies for branch best practices and market growth.
Develop relationships with key customers and vendors.
Manage vendor base for on-site operations and implement policies to improve service and partnerships.
Mentor and train operations team members for productivity and professional growth.
Serve as the operations process and systems SME.
Collaborate with Sales, IC and Project Management to improve internal coordination.
