TRS-RenTelco Inc. in Auburndale, FL seeks an Operations Supervisor for a hybrid role, with training onsite and after that three days in the office and two days at home.

You will coordinate logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, and scheduling of modular buildings and rental products. You’ll supervise staff, develop best practices, manage vendor relations, and mentor the operations team to improve efficiency and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership/supervisory experience.
• High energy, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and collaborate as a team.
• Proven track record of hands-on success.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Effective project and time management.
• Experience using financial metrics to manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts in logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, and purchasing.
• Work with sales to support clients and the company.
• Develop best-practices for the branch and improve processes.
• Manage vendor base for on-site operations and partnerships.
• Mentor and train operations staff to increase productivity.
• Serve as the operations process and systems subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Sales, IC and Project Management to improve coordination.
