Mcgrath Rent Corp in Auburndale, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings and related rental products. You will supervise repairs and coordinate scheduling, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in operations and at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. Training onsite is followed by a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial metrics to manage costs.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Rental Results, Cognos, Oracle, Salesforce, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts across logistics, contracts, billing, purchasing and project coordination.
• Collaborate with sales and management to support clients and the company.
• Develop and implement best practices for the branch.
• Build relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Oversee vendor base for on-site operations and service quality.
• Mentor the operations team and drive process improvements.
