Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Auburndale, FL. The role starts with onsite training, then shifts to a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days at home.

You will lead logistics, customer service, contracts, and scheduling for delivery and installation of modular buildings. You will supervise repairs, mentor staff, and partner with Sales to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in operations or related field.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, and procurement.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings.
• Supervise repairs and prep of units for rental.
