• Manage outsourcing teams, monitor utilization and capacity, lead weekly alignment meetings.
• Administer agency management systems and finance-related operational processes.
• Educate the field on outsourcing processes and act as SME for operational questions.
• Support special operational initiatives and address challenges from finance, systems, outsourcing, or reporting perspectives.
