Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team, overseeing multiple construction projects across several states including fuel stations, convenience stores, and QSR fit-outs.

You will manage design-through-turnover, coordinate architects, contractors, and operations stakeholders, and report to senior leadership. Hybrid work with field visits and site inspections required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative as required to protect Applegreen's interests throughout project delivery.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, permitting authorities and any and all other stakeholders, to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
