Asana, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to optimize legal technology and workflows within a hybrid office setup. The role collaborates across Finance, Sales, and Enterprise Technology to streamline processes and drive data-driven decisions.

The team administers contracts (Ironclad), manages e-billing (Brightflag), and builds analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs and cycle times. A base salary range is provided with potential equity and broad benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in legal operations, engineering, or legal technology administration.
Familiarity with Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
Ability to map business processes or build no-code/low-code workflows.
Strong proficiency with work management tools to structure deliverables and automate handoffs.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Administer contracts in Ironclad and oversee signature routing per policy.
Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and self-service tools.
Administer the Brightflag e-billing platform with matters and invoices.
Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards on KPIs and resource use.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and lead legal ops requests and troubleshooting.
Design and facilitate legal enablement programs and training materials.
Evaluate and pilot AI tools to drive productivity and decision-making.
