Job summary

Legaltech Hub, Inc. is seeking an AI/Legal Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered workflows for the firm's legal practice groups.

You will translate tasks into prompt-driven solutions, maintain prompts and templates, and collaborate with IT, Innovation, and security teams to advance the firm's AI initiatives. You will drive KPI reporting, participate in pilot programs, and help scale AI workflows across practice areas, while balancing attorney needs with technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD and/or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in legal technology, knowledge management, or a related technology/innovation role.
• Demonstrated experience developing or optimizing AI-enabled workflows, prompts, or related technology solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering, including retrieval-augmented generation, context management, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience building prompts, templates, knowledge resources, and QA processes for AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise AI platform in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and iterates AI-powered workflows for legal practice groups, translating legal tasks into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops and maintains prompts, workflow templates, evaluation methods, and QA standards for AI-powered tools.
• Executes on the Firm’s strategy for AI-enabled workflows and contributes to roadmaps and priorities.
• Translates practice requirements into AI workflow specifications and knowledge repositories, ensuring alignment with attorney expectations and Firm standards.
• Provides input on AI workflow priorities and optimization efforts balancing needs, feasibility, and value.
• Monitors and reports KPIs, quality metrics, and attorney satisfaction for AI workflows.
