Docker is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support its lean Legal team with contract operations, outside counsel spend, and legal tech administration. You will work with Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip while shaping AI-assisted workflows and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal operations, contract management, or related roles at SaaS/tech companies.
• Hands-on CLM experience with Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or DocuSign CLM.
• Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes.
• Experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing requests.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination.
• Review contracts using playbooks and AI tools; flag nonstandard terms.
• Support outside counsel billing operations, including invoice review and accrual tracking.
• Administer legal technology platforms and maintain data quality.
• Develop and refine AI-assisted workflows for contract review and intake.
• Pilot new AI tools, gather user feedback, and track time savings.
• Create SOPs, templates, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Build dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and spend.
• Support system integrations and cross-functional process improvements.
