Asana is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst in Chicago to co-create and drive projects that elevate the Legal & Stock Team's effectiveness. The role partners across Finance, Sales, and Enterprise Technology to optimize legal technology and workflows, with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities include administering contracts, automating processes, managing e-billing, and delivering actionable analytics.

Qualifications

Experience in legal operations, engineering, or legal tech administration.
Familiarity with contract management or e-billing systems.
Ability to map processes and build no-code/low-code workflows.

Responsabilités

Administer contracts in the management system (Ironclad) and manage signature routing per global policy.
Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and self-service tools to streamline operations.
Administer e-billing platform (Brightflag), managing matters and invoice processing in partnership with Finance.
Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards on department KPIs and cycle times.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead legal operations requests and troubleshooting.
Create legal enablement materials—training sessions, playbooks, FAQs—to drive tool adoption.
Evaluate and pilot AI tools and emerge technology solutions to drive productivity.
