Docker, Inc. seeks a Legal Operations Analyst to manage contract intake, billing operations, and legal tech administration in a remote-first team. You will work with Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip within a modern AI-enabled workflow, reporting to the VP/Head of Legal and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

You will help build SOPs, dashboards, and training materials while driving process improvements and responsible AI usage across the Legal department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, paralegal, or related operational role at SaaS/tech company.
• Hands-on experience with a CLM platform (Ironclad/Icertis/Agiloft/DocuSign CLM).
• Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes.
• Experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks, including drafting prompts & reviewing outputs.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination.
• Review contracts using playbooks and AI tools; flag nonstandard terms for attorney review.
• Support outside counsel billing operations, including invoice review & accrual tracking.
• Administer legal tech platforms, including workflow maintenance and data quality.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and training for legal tech and responsible AI use.
• Build dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and spend.
