Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive legal document requests. You will work with a team across shifts and locations, producing quality work and maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge of legal software and MS Office is a plus.

Role requires commuting to Phoenix, AZ, with Sun-Thu 2:00pm–10:00pm shift and 6-week training. After probation, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred in legal word processing.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with legal document processing and formatting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications.
• Convert, clean and format documents across formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create/edit Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
• Perform data entry using various software applications.
• Transcribe dictation files, analog or digital.
• Restore/recover corrupted document files as needed.
• Provide telephone help desk support for application queries.
• Meet deadlines with accurate, timely work; handle sensitive information.
• Follow established policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
