Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Learning & Development professional to facilitate in-person and virtual classes, update training materials, and align programs with business needs. You will partner with leaders to close capability gaps and deliver measurable learning outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years in corporate learning, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• At least 2 years progressive corporate learning experience developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate existing in-person and virtual classes to support business objectives.
• Edit and update course materials, facilitator/participant guides, and media.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Track and monitor completions and attendance in Workday Learning.
• Contribute to learning paths aligned to disciplines, departments and employees.
• Design and develop new training programs and learning solutions.
• Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for future interventions.
• Support talent programs including rotational programs and interns.
• Guide contributors to career development resources and tools.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of career services initiatives, with leadership.
