Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Specialist, Learning & Development on a contract basis in a hybrid Denver office. You will design and deliver diverse training experiences, lead new hire orientation, and drive a customer-service focused learning culture.

You will manage the LMS, partner with HR, and develop content across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats to keep programs fresh and engaging for a growing workforce.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• HR experience with learning & development preferred.
• Experience in training content creation strongly preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia formats.
• Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation program and onboarding course.
• Champion the company’s customer service culture through targeted training initiatives.
• Act as a centralized contact for HR/employee learning and development resources.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor compliance and hierarchy.
• Collaborate with HR partners to assess training needs and source learning solutions.
