Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Learning Partner to develop and execute education strategy aligned with business goals and learning culture. You will build consultative partnerships across the organization and guide design of instructor-led, web-based, and blended solutions.

This role analyzes performance gaps, recommends solutions, coaches team members, and steers multiple complex initiatives with strong communication. Flex hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRD or related field with 4+ years in instructional design/perf. consulting or 8+ years in instructional design.
• Consultative communication and negotiation skills; professional in visual, verbal and written forms.
• Demonstrate analytical ability and technical aptitude; manage multiple projects independently.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design trends on the job.
• Strong problem solving to meet goals across departments.

Responsibilities
