Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee knowledge by creating and delivering effective learning experiences. The role manages the LMS, designs digital and blended courses, and facilitates content, with travel to our corporate office in downtown Indianapolis and other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration and Workday Learning.
• Experience creating digital and blended learning materials.
• Effective facilitation and coaching of learners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS.
• Ensure LMS aligns with organizational needs and is user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide user support with HRIS collaboration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs.
• Design and develop digital and blended courses, including assessments.
• Deliver blended learning content via in-person, webinars, and virtual sessions.
• Foster an engaging learning environment and collect feedback for improvement.
• Stay current on learning trends and tools.
