Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to facilitate learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and video-conference-based environments. You will apply adult learning theories, design and deliver engaging sessions, and mentor junior staff while partnering with business stakeholders to assess needs and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education or Training or related field with 2 years of training/education experience OR 6 years in insurance/health care/communications/training with two or more areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning solutions including instructor-led, WebEx and remote training rooms.
• Deliver training using adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniques.
• Consult with stakeholders to analyze needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Mentor new Performance Specialists with coaching and classroom management guidance.
