Job summary

Vitu in the United States is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist I to support growth across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You will help design, coordinate, and deliver high-impact training programs that boost skills and performance in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Hybrid/onsite work options across multiple U.S. locations, including Indianapolis, Indiana, make collaboration easy while enabling focused individual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training.
• Must be skilled in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs (compliance, product, and role-specific).
• Schedule, communicate, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to tailor materials for software, product, and processes.
• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update content on the LMS.
• Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS and survey tools.
• Collect feedback to improve learning programs.
• Prepare HR and leadership learning dashboards and reports.
• Identify learning needs with HR and other departments.
• Support leadership development and DEI training projects.
