Job summary

Oregon Lottery is hiring one Learning and Development Program Administrator for a hybrid role with on-site requirements. You will oversee the enterprise-wide L&D program, design and deliver training, and evaluate program effectiveness. The role partners with HR and leaders to align with organizational priorities and succession planning.

You will administer LMS, create learning paths, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, supporting DEI, safety, and responsible gambling commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of professional level experience in instructional design and delivery of courses or programs for adult learners.
• Six (6) years of professional level experience in instructional design and delivery of courses or programs for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, coordinate, and execute the learning and development program and projects to support organizational goals.
• Design, develop, deliver, administer, and evaluate training programs.
