Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to partner with People Operations and Talent Management. You will build and run learning programs from onboarding to manager development, working with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.

The role balances programs with Riot's evolving needs in a hybrid work setup out of the Round Rock, TX office. The team values instructional design, content development, and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing enterprise learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with LMS systems.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, or similar.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Manage onboarding, development, compliance, leadership, internships, technical training, and other programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and communications.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
• Design and develop facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, eLearning modules, and performance support resources.
• Maintain and improve learning content continuously.
• Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate findings into development plans.
• Administer LMS with curricula, paths, certifications, enrollments, reporting, and data integrity.
• Recommend system improvements to improve learner experience.
• Analyze participation, feedback, assessments, and outcomes; implement improvements.
