Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or specialized certification required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training & Development or related field preferred
• At least 1+ year in a learning function with facilitation and curriculum development

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, facilitate, analyze, and update training courses and workshops
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees
• Conduct basic needs assessments to identify skill gaps
• Assist in LMS administration, user management, and progress tracking
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and communications
• Maintain training program data and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with goals
• Use multimedia tools to enhance learning delivery
• Update learning content on intranet/internal platforms
• Support career development initiatives and onboarding programs
• Maintain Learning & Development calendar and timelines
• Collect feedback and assist in evaluations of training
• Engage in professional development to stay current
