Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a highly organized Learning & Development Administrator to support enterprise-wide learning programs and system administration. You will coordinate training activities, manage LMS operations, and maintain training records to ensure learner success.

In this role you will partner with the L&D team to drive onboarding, leadership development, and workforce development initiatives while delivering accurate reporting and analytics for leadership needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training coordination or learning administration.
• Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong organizational, collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs across the organization.
• Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments and learner records.
• Track training completions, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Generate reports and provide learning data to support business needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learner support and training inquiries.
• Manage training communications, schedules, and program logistics.
